Scarborough Fare - Fine Culinary Herbs is a privately owned production horticulture unit based in Waiuku, North Waikato region. Starting out in 2004, with the help of 20+ staff we now have nearly 3 hectares of lush, piquant garden, mostly in hydroponic growing systems, producing nearly 70 tonnes of premium grade fresh, culinary herbs over twelve months of the year.
